Refund policy

This policy applies to all ticket purchases for The Masterminders 2026, taking place on 24–26 June 2026.

1. Refund Eligibility Window

All tickets are fully refundable until 20 May 2026.

To request a refund, you must contact us before 23:59 (UK time) on 20 May 2026.

From 21 May 2026 onwards, all tickets are strictly non-refundable.

This is because we commit to venue costs, production, catering, speakers, staffing, and materials in advance based on final attendee numbers.

To maintain event integrity and simplify operations:
Ticket transfers are not permitted under any circumstance.

In the unlikely event that The Masterminders is postponed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

All purchased tickets will be automatically transferred to the next available event date.

If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a full refund within 14 days of us announcing the rescheduled date.

After this 14-day window, transferred tickets become non-refundable.

The Masterminders reserves the right to update or change:

These changes do not qualify for refunds, as they are normal parts of running a live international event.

The Masterminders is not responsible for:

No compensation will be provided for such costs in the event of postponement, cancellation, or attendee inability to travel.

If an attendee does not attend the event for any reason, the ticket is considered forfeited and is not eligible for a refund or credit.

By purchasing a ticket, the attendee confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this Returns & Refund Policy.
